Terms of Service

Accounts and authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. If you use third-party sign-in (e.g. Google), you agree to comply with their terms as well.
Paid features and billing
Paid features are billed via Stripe. Subscription terms (including pricing, renewal cadence, taxes, and cancellation rules) are presented during checkout. We may change pricing or plans in the future; changes apply prospectively as allowed by law.
Tool submissions
You may submit tools for review. Submissions may include text and uploaded images. We may review, edit, approve, reject, or remove submissions to maintain quality, relevance, and compliance. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: - Misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the platform - Upload malicious code or attempt to scrape data in a way that harms the service - Submit misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content - Use the service in violation of applicable laws
Intellectual property
UrAITools and its design, code, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Third-party services
The service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. Stripe). We are not responsible for third-party services and they may have their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
UrAITools is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listed tools will meet your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrAITools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or if needed to protect the service and other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
